Oooooft £120? I paid £55-£60 for the kit on that Stanley refurbished eBay shop (its brand new stuff). They seem to be on holiday till the 3rd Jan, so no items listed. The shop goes on and off as they apparently update Tuesday and Friday - Ive just saved the seller in my watchlist. There is also a fast charger available, think mine came with the brushless string trimmer kit (£90), charges at 4amp as opposed to the regular 2amp. Handy for the bigger batteries. Good job on the review.

I have the red ones and think they are German made. The green are possibly Chinese. Cheap but long term possibility not.

They changed the color from red to green to fit the brand color. Red color associate with the old brand Powerfix

Hi Frank, I was looking at the side cutters in my local Lidl on Friday not bad for £2.99 but I did buy from Lidl was a pack of heat shrink to put over wires after soldering they were £2.99 and 2 litres of milk........... not much use in the workshop !! I'm glad to see the tools and accessories are back on the shelves. I'll go back to Lidl tomorrow and get those side cutters Great demonstration catch you soon, Happy new year, Take care

@shaun30-3-mg9zs 😆😆 Milk is an essential tool... its the minimum requirement for a cuppa while you work 😆😆. If you get the cutters, spend a bit of time to find the best ones on the shelf. Don't just grab the first ones you see (like I did). If anyone asks what your up to, just say "Frank told me to" 🤣🤣. Happy new year mate and thanks for watching 😁👍

Lovely build mate. The depth gauge being used horizontally was pure genius and I will be stealing that idea. Happy new year to you and the family

Great long video to watch in the 'quiet' time between Xmas and new year. Very interesting job and always more involved than you expect. If I might make a couple of suggestions, get a good quality oil-filled glass cutter with a 'tapping ball' on the end (not expensive) and always rest on a hard surface so the glass can't deflect as you're cutting. I've got lots of small off-cuts from before discovering this! Looking forward to your 2025 releases...

@benjaqsonworkshop9974 😁 Thanks Ben. Normally I don't have many problems cutting glass, but this mirror was so thin it caused so many problems. I agree, the solid surface is very important. You see i did the last cut on my foam cover, it flexed while doing the cut which is why it broke. But by then the red mist had kicked in, so there wasn't much "clear thinking" going on 😆😆. Maby I'll treat myself to a new cutter in the new year 😁. Thanks as always Ben for watching. And I wish you all very happy new year 😁👍

Hi Frank, hope you had a nice Christmas and not too much turkey🤤😁 You have done a great job on the display case. I was gutted for you cutting the mirror, just cheap thin quality. must have been a right pain in the glass😉A lovely finish and turned out great, happy for you mate. I made some thing similar about 6 years ago when I had an autograph on my Welsh Rugby top, signed by Shane Williams 🏉🏉when I met him in Wrexham it's on the wall on the stairs. As always a great video and a great build project, all the best for the new year, catch you soon Take care😁👍
