I just found this channel I live 2 mi from Old Stone House I have UA-cam channel 2 we have about the same amount of Subs and I do music reactions along with paranormal stuff and I've been to a lot of the same sites as you have. I'm terminal and I have to wear oxygen and I only say that because I would love to collab ideas and I have three sites that I see you haven't been to that are very historical very stigmatized and super intriguing. One of the Quarry hole that was right across the street from my house that I have access to it's on the channel. But it's address can't be found. Hey I just have another one but yeah I've been to Gravity Hill I haven't got two Devil's tramping around yet but I would absolutely love to collab with you guys. I also went in that church before I ever had a channel that you went to in Rockwell I worked at that Wood Yard across the street. Cronland off Zion ch rd. Yeah just comment on tone of the videos. I don't want to leave I don't want to leave any links here and try to still subs or whatever that would be you know that would just wouldn't be right. But yeah if we get together I'll put you on the channel as a contemporary favorite I have found a few channels in North Carolina but no one near my age but I'm probably a little older than you I'm 45. I live in Granite Quarry yeah I know of a graveyard you haven't been to that has a backstory that I'm still trying to solve the mystery. A cooler more unique backstory than the one over there off of Lutheran Church Road but the Napoleon or whatever. So just comment on any video and Tell me your Kevin The Ghost hunter. Because I have a History Channel too trying to grow it only has 27 Subs but we haven't had it long the music channel and the unique places in paranormal stuff doesn't really have the same audience. And you know I thought about the monetization especially on the history stuff. Like tomorrow to the Salisbury Mall today cuz they're talking about tearing it down soon when I get some footage there it looks like a ghost town in there. Cool video-- I'm using it as a reference for 3D modelling an industrial scene. It looks like the one i grew up near that they tore down. All the names of the mechanical systems on the folders in that cabinet could be electronica bands. Something to consider for anyone looking to get into an old chemical plant: there's no incentive for a company that went out of business to get rid of waste chemicals. Disposal is expensive-- if they were in financial trouble, they may have put off disposing of the most expensive ones, and those are probably the ones you really don't want to be exposed to. A thick, solid tank of phosgene might have been fine when the plant was closed, but have a leaky valve after corroding for ten years or some piece of structure falls on it, and you're all done if you come across that. Putting up a fence to keep people out is often the most that's done to protect people, especially if it's not going to pollute a water source people use for drinking water and not in a populated area. Some things like PCBs that easily absorb through the skin, or friable asbestos which is easy to breath in, or radioactive compounds have no immediate exposure symptoms, but can have severe health consequences later on. It's probably worth looking to see if there are any EPA papers on the internet for the place before you head there. Be careful!
