A short poem about a discovery made during lockdown while out walking

This video is dedicated to all who, over the years, have helped with the Stations of the Cross at St Marth's and Mount House school. Because of the lock down it was put together hurriedly and using only archve material and what ever I found around the house. Never-the-less, I hope it will keep the service alive for us all so Normal Service can be resumed next year.

Recently Church Farm swimming pool in Barnet was closed and a new pool opened nearby. "A very good thing" I hear you say, and I am sure you're right but some people are worried that somehow the new pool will not ba as friendly. A party was held to mark the closing on the grass behind the pool and this is a short video of that party and also some pictures of the pool which, I am sure, will soon ...

The Last Meeting of Barnet Folk Club

A short video about Joenia Wapixana, The first indigenious woman to lawyer in Brazil who has spent her life fighting for therecognition and rights of Brazil's indigenious population and the preservation of the rain forest.

On the hottest day of the year, CAFOD volunteers and supporters walked, through the woods from Barnet to Trent Park in support of Refugees and Migrants, answering te Pope's call to Share the Journey.

A symbolic march by CAFOD volunteers to show solidarity with the many thousands of refugees and displaced person around the world forced out of their homes by conflict and hardship. CAFOD is the Catholic Agency For Overseas Development.

A demonstration Air/Sea rescue involving a Seaking Mk4 from the Fleet Air Arm and the Eastbourne Lifeboat, which acted as the craft from which the "Rescue" took place.

Milly is now well known around Barnet. She is regularly visits our local shopping mall, "The Spires" where she charms the children and scrounges off the shoppers, much to her owner's dispair.
