The personal attacks on board members is unacceptable. They are voting the way their constituents expect them too. Going after board members that were put in place in January for issues the county has been dealing with for years is wrong. The parents have spoken....in the voting booth.

Between the meeting last month where the chair switched her vote because she didn’t understand the district design and now this meeting shows a severe lack competency and leadership from the chair. God help that board for the sake of the children they are trying to educate.

I can only echo what some others have said. What a dumpster fire! One thing that stood out to me that I haven’t seen mentioned yet was how Mrs. Berry addressed how it has been a challenging week for the board and parents but totally failed to acknowledge what it has been like for staff and students. It is going to be a long haul to get things back on track. I wonder what the state board thinks?

Diane is truly an embarrassing representative for our county. I know that all students in this county are ashamed to call her chairman of the board.

Diane is NOT a leader, to use her name in the same sentence as leader is a disservice to the word itself. The time and resources wasted on this entire dumpster fire is embarrassing for our community. Why she has voted yes to the entire plan up until now and clearly has no idea what’s going on is infuriating. In her own words from the last meeting “I wasn’t paying attention” - you’ve made that painfully clear to all of us Diane . . . painfully clear
