How does it ride with the 150mm fork? Does it climb well for all day rides?

I'm heading to Vancouver Island for Fourth of July this year (2023) and I'm really looking forward to riding in Nanaimo and Victoria Should be awesome since,, in addition to mountain biking, I'm gonna catch three or four baseball games considering both the Victoria Harbor Catz and Nanaimo Night Owls have home stands. The trails on the Island I've seen look ideal for riding my singlespeed mountain bike, too.

I wish Golden had a lot of these North shore style wooden features. Maybe they do I just haven't explored the trails though. Nelsons riding looks pretty gnarly though.

Watched quite a few of your vids to get my list together of what we wanted to ride, sadly got monsooned on two days in a row haha. You weren't kidding about the road gap either with being able to go into it pretty slow. I overcooked it my first time pretty good! Cheers dude!

Ooo yea, beauty of a trail. Used to ride Westwood all the time. Stopped going as much when the dnd put a stop to riding in there.
