While I was excited to get one of these iconic fun cars back from the 90s and early 2000s. Making the prelude a hybrid with a fake manual transmission is kinda insulting to the enthusiasts in my opinion. I feel the gear shifter to be compared to something a child has for a toy. It doesn’t necessarily have a function, it’s just there for the enthusiast. If I can buy one without the batteries and electric motors and a manual transmission. I would be super excited for this car. Honda has been known for their great manual transmissions for many many years. And now they just throw in a CVT… It’s insulting to the enthusiasts. My excitement has been ripped away and my disappointment is unmeasurable. Great video tho!

Ford took the gtd to the track only to do some low speed video creation for marketing. Granted, it rained most of the time but they should have had the car there for 3 weeks and down the team or when the forecast showed a few days of clear weather.

The brand needs a change. Its current six model line up is not achieving anywhere near the sales of its German rivals, so something needed to be done. I just hope this reboot works for the company otherwise it’s dead, there’ll be no coming back. Although I have nothing against this radical change in direction for the brand, I don’t feel they nee to ditch the Jaguar logo and badge design. Only time will tell whether things will work out for the company.

Very well done video! I think the vid paints the drz in a bit of a different light though. It didnt gain any power. Still 38hp at the crank. It did gain weight though. So 3 ride modes but im failing to see why you would want less power. Basically suzuki was no longer able to sneak the drz under grandfather laws so they did the minimal updates swapping the head and efi. Your video is the first ive seen mention a frame change. Still looks like the old frame. Im glad it got an update i just wish it was what the people wanted. A 450cc lighter option with a better ratio transmission. They gave us the same power with more weight and a bunch of ride controls i personally dont want.

It looks really sleek and much more masculine. The interior is just what I like, bright and airy with a variety of colors and textures. Something the Germans can't match. They also don't believe in rear view mirror camera despite the incredibly shrinking size of the rear view window. But like all SUV in its class its seriously under powered. Understandably since its chief market is moms. If they offered one with ore that was more performance oriented, I'd buy it. Whomever does this first has my business.
