Angela Sones is an English Organ Recitalist and Organist and Director of Music at St Alban the Martyr, Conybere Street, Highgate, Birmingham.
I feel very privileged to be invited to play organ concerts in some highly prestigious and beautiful venues and I hope you enjoy watching and listening to me playing the music that I am passionate about on some very fine instruments indeed.

The Great Prelude and Fugue in E minor BWV548 by J.S. Bach played by Angela Sones in a recital at Blackburn Cathedral on 6th November 2024. Nicknamed 'The Wedge', it takes its name from the chromatic wedge shaped fugue subject, which moves chromatically outwards, in a wedge like shape. Is this the finest Tuba stop in the country? Andrew Fletcher always thought it is and I am inclined to agree with him! It is certainly the finest Tuba that I have encountered to date.
