Warm it up before you tune on the carb next time... 👍

The carb was fine when you first got it cranked, but these 4-strokes require a 10-minute warm-up. They're notoriously cold warming, but they'll crank with the first pull. Just wait a bit before you start diagnosing and turning screws on the carburetor.

Cripes, 10 minutes in before he checks for spark. And the way he's pulling on the recoil at such a strange angle, no wonder it keeps jamming up.🤣🤣🤣

My titan cuts out on full throttle, when I eventually get it started it runs with choke on but as soon as I put choke down it cuts out also I can only start it by putting fuel on the air filter sponge please help mate !

Has anyone got an idea why my Titan multi tool would bog down and cut out only whilst the attachment is on please? It runs fine with no attachment and you can rev the crap out of it but when the hedge trimmer is on it cuts out under load

It’s a bit back to front. Flipped video, or does it add the 26:50 grass instead of cutting it?

thanks rob for the videos, would you know if there should be engine oil and how much and what type to lubricate the the bottom end crank, on my similar model of shimmer there a black approx 5 cm metal cap that exposes the bottom end crank shaft when removed there is a very small amount of engine oil in there. Any thoughts

Hi mate do you fix strimmers as a business if so i got 4 of them mcculloch strimmer that won't start.

Nice pleasant well explained video, only problem it’s obviously reversed as Triton spells notirt and when you unscrew nuts etc they are going anti clockwise, this did confuse me to start with, thought it was something to do with the Chinese manufacturing. Cheers. John

What kind of dye did you use, if the dye was not used would you be able to see the water from the petrol. would separation be possible without the dye. Why was ethonal put into petrol in the first place.

Hi Rob, my ER2600L starts ok but after a while when I squeeze the throttle trigger it stalls or nearly stalls . Is this a fuel issue or perhaps the carb? Grateful if you could offer advice - cheers

The problem with that was it was sucking air through the carb gasket , if you tightened the carb nuts 1/4 turn it would have been fixed ,,

Hi rob which carb do I buy what cc motor and size is the carb does it matter which it is I’ve seen one which has the seal has a flush side the other has it sticking out

Hi Rob whereabouts are you pal, I have a Titan and it’s trying to start but won’t, I dropped it since then it won’t start, it’s like no fuel is getting in as spark plug ignites makes the sound but not running , and help pls.
