Lol why on earth do they think an extended / frank breech can’t birth? When there’s hundreds of examples of women birthing breeches normally in the upright position without assistance to get the legs out ! My god 🤦♀️ check out Breech Without Borders (or even UA-cam has evidence)

Mam please enlighten on your preffered suture material for each layer. Some times prolene is used to close rectus in primary surgery . Now if we need to remove it all or if it is cut repair. Some where on FB they were discussing that the Isarail hospital Misgav was long closed due to High incidences of scar rupture. That too I have never come across and will like to have your help. Regards mam.
The rates of scar rupture in single layer and double layer closure have been found to be same except when the first layer in single layer is locking. Others say that it is not number of layers, but the coaptation ratio of incised myometrium which decides the RMT. Misgav Ladach is still the most popular technique practiced in Germany as per recent 2021 study. There is no standard suture material or technique for cesaeriansection till date. RCOG recommends using double layer closure, with first layer unlocked and excluding decided except for research purposes.

Hi, Mohita Even if the pelvis is clinically inadequate, trial of labour should be given , so that the lower segment forms,and then c, s should be performed. No need to do elective lscs as history for prior cs is insignificant. I hope that answers.
