Unless the box is shuffled, all the characters are in the same locations in every box. Or atleast same rarity's (aka one of the 1/24's will be in the same spot) Unfortunately funko always does it so the first minis in the box are the rares and then all the ones in the back and bottom are 1/6's meaning that it is pretty much first come first serve to get the cool characters.

@@MY_DUMBBUT Yeah the top front row is usually 1/72, 1/36, and 1/24 (Puppet, Golden Freddy, Cupcake, Endo, Withered Foxy, and Withered Chica). While the top middle row has the 1/12's (Withered Bonnie, and Withered Freddy) And From then on its just 1/6's which are all the doubles for main 4. 👍 Hope this might help for the future, (I also have a community post on my channels that's more clear)
