The cheapest 330mm big brake upgrade kit for Alfa Romeo MiTo & Abarth 500 595 695 Punto!
Hey guys, I'm back with another video. I bought some 159 calipers for my Alfa Romeo MiTo QV, now she finally has some stopping power to tame the 260 horses!
As you will see in this video, the installation is very very very easy! You will just need to source all of the parts, which can be the hardest part. But I can definitely tell you... You will not regret this modification! 330mm on the MiTo feels amazing (:
*(all product numbers will be in the video, for pads you can choose whatever brand you want, for ease I just put the 2 most common brands in the video)

Viva Italia @ F1 circuit zandvoort is an event for all Italian cars, we try to attend this event every year with our MiTo club.. we had a blast! What you are seeing are the parade sessions, which are fairly slow and safe. You can see my MiTo QV in the first few clips and a bit later on in the video, most of the other MiTos are friends from the club. Until the next video!

Finally a new video, I didn't have much time lately due to exams and a very large Italian car show, for which I had to prep my car. And now she's back, better than ever with the homemade carbon spoiler, a new custom exhaust with a valved muffler and a new Magneti Marelli diffuser. Changed my MiTo instrument cluster with some goodies from risicosfizio, now it really looks like I have a baby Ferrari! I like the look so much, it's also available for the Alfa Romeo Giulietta. 260hp out of a multiair engine? How did you manage that?
Big turbo, TD04 13T with billet 6+6 wheel, stainless exhaust manifold, full exhaust, airtec intercooler and a lot of boost haha!
whats these automatics clutcpacks rated for ?
350nm is the maximum, I have taken the car 2 times to different dynos, one showed 270nm and the other showed 300nm, it's safe for now :)

what exhaust have you got on here? Is it just the turbo upgrade for the power increase or have you got other parts on the car as well?

What is the minimum rim size for this mod?
17 inch is the minimum, 16 will not fit anymore🍀
Why the paper beyond?
Is changer meter visible in the nacht? In Giulietta 940 at least the gauges visibility ot original gauges soles are bad too.
Did you have any issues running that power
Not at all, very reliable. I have owned the car for the past 9 years and only had to change a coilpack once, other than that very reliable power! :)

MiTo QV 210hp? Not such a thing..
It had a stage 2 tune at the time, it's now at 260hp. So yes, there is such a thing! :)

How does it look in the night, when the low beam is on? You mentioned you put a piece of paper behind it, due to illumination, but I think it's good to know what kind of effect it causes in the night, when the background light is on.
It looks good, however I don't have pictures of the cluster at night time.
Did you turned out the start up animation? Or the instrument cluster does not anymore, since it detects some position error?

i want to upgrade my 1.4tjet 155hp but i was wondering how do you pass emissions ? apart from obvious methods. if you keep the cat in can you tune it down to match even with a setup like yours(i know yours is decat) ?
Mine has a 200 cell cat in the center pipe, it depends on your country and their legislation.
I do not like the new look. Love though the sound

The spoiler is from FR Tuning. I carbon skinned the spoiler myself🍀

The original ones felt really cheap, also these are not replicas but genuine mercedes parts😅

is that a remap, or have you got a new exhaust on it??
The pops are programmed in the remap, the exhaust is valved, straight pipe on demand
How reliable has the car been so far? I'm getting a stage 1 tune in the upcoming weeks, I only have a k&n air intake so far. The tuning company doesn't advise me to go above 180 hp and 270 nm torque, but they do say it can be upped to 300 nm and 185 hp too, however they advise against it. How's your experience regarding this so far?
This car has been reliable as hell, I've had it for almost 9 years already and only had problems with my ignition coils once. Multiair and Tjet engines are very reliable, if you mantain them correctly, even with 260+hp I've never experienced any problems.

Is the car very different with the td04 over stock tuned? I'm considering doing this, but a bit on the fence about it, as it's pretty illegal where I'm from
Hi Liebach, thank you for watching. If you like low rpm torque, than this is not the right turbo for you. The td04 will make power until the redline, which is great for me. But I can imagine some people would find the low rpm torque disappointing in day to day traffic. Turbo lag is a little more (around 400-500rpm extra for full boost) than stock, but considering this turbo delivers almost 90hp more than a stock MiTo QV, I'm more than happy with how it drives (:
@@carswithdenzel Mine has around 185 HP right now, but more power is always intriguing. But might just stick to stock turbo then. But i have the 155 tb and not the QV
Why u put white peaper under yellow one
Hi Ibrahim, thank you for watching. Some people reported to me that not all numbers were lit up evenly. A small piece of paper solves this problem, but makes the light a little more dim. I suggest using really thin paper. But ofcourse this step is not necessary if your lights are clearly visible without it.
How you cancelled the active suspension?

Where did you get the ventilation nozzles from?
Hi Jonny, thank you for watching! The nozzles are from a Mercedes Benz A class, the product number is A1768300354. These are the only ones that will fit, they do however need to be trimmed around the edge to fit correctly😁

Best mooi, in het donker nagenoeg hetzelfde als origineel, het gele zie je dan ook niet. Je kan me eventueel een dm sturen op insta, @ildiavoloalfarosso, dan stuur ik je wat foto's door in het donker :)
