How did you not have a black box around the sprites? Did you use a patch or something?
Nope, just played the Gubble HD release on Steam and it worked perfectly for me. Are you running into an issue with that release?
@@michaelklamerus1 i am. it's moreso a graphical issue. all the sprites have a black box surrounding them and was trying to figure out how to fix the issue.

Thanks for giving the source port a spin! I'm glad you enjoyed it. The automap functionality is indeed not part of the original DOS game.
23:34 See how that "2" under the orange cluster is adjacent to three orange cells? See how the counters on the right still indicate one remaining healthy cell? You did not clear all the healthy cells. Nor did you on the first level.
This is a nice example of how to build a blobber using WinG. Quite interesting, and can be expanded to a full game if one has more art assets. How large is the game? I bet the executable file is pretty small.

Also only guns #3 and #4 can destroy turrets from the ceiling..... Turrets are immune to guns 1,2 and 5
When you press space on a scientist, if its written "Interrogate: Informant", thats the good guy, if it just says "Interrogate:" and the guy says something sarcastic it's a bad guy
