I sang this song for state choir almost 2 years ago and it still sticks with me. I had the privilege to be led by Andrea Ramsey herself when performing this song and really got to experience the whole piece.

It’s great but eliminate the vibrato on thick chords...they can’t tune otherwise.

This was an amazing rendition! :) You took the vowels of the Estonian language and blended them uniquely in tonality and rhythmic movement. I'd say you bested all average Estonian choirs who over-play the importance of the rhythmic consonants. Although the lyrics/plot does indicate anger, annoyance, frustration (which is more "consonanty"), which proceeds to show contrasting examples of beauty, love, pain, whilst also being sad that "your songs have so little of this genuine force, in them." (probably commenting on the sad state of existing less and less music with deep/meaningful lyrics during the writing of this piece.)

Interesting choice to take it so slow, I think it reveals hidden depth to the piece. Awesome breath control to sustain those long notes! Bravo.

We sound pretty good! Happy I was able to sing with this ensemble for 3 years.

Very nice choir sound, but the tempo is a little too fast. (Should be +/- BPM 112/224) :-)
