Melatonin is a natural sleep aid. I usually take 5mg or less. It helps me to sleep, but not oversleep, or feel drowsy. It is cheap over the counter. Hope this helps

It was very exciting, the performed with high class internationally trained dancers of the Nutcracker, even more exciting. And that was the first on stage production I have ever seen.
