Hab mir das Album "Some Hearts" von den Everly Brothers im Sommer 2020 auf Kassette gekauft, absolut hörenswert!!! Interessant ist, dass diese Version von der auf meinem Album etwas abweicht, kann jemand erklären, warum es mehrere Versionen gab?

Am heutigen 10. Todestag von Phil denke ich natürlich ganz besonders an die Everlys. Ich liebe und bewundere ihre Musik und kann nicht genug davon bekommen. Ich höre sie jeden Tag und freue mich, dass ich einen Radiosender gefunden habe, der die Brüder auch nicht vergessen hat.

It's okay with that extra harmony from Graham Nash. He was a great fan of the Everly's and had been invited by them to sing 3rd part harmony. Good for him to be singing with his mentors.

Invariably, when I play this song on one of my jukeboxes for people who are visiting, nobody has ever heard it before and have no idea who is singingi it. That always amazes me because to me it is one of the best songs to come out in the 80's. Great blending and harmony singing and fantastic beat!
