I just used this video to copy the battery schematic. Now the battery charger is working. I'm waiting to try the functions now.
Excellent!
Series
Cool but the crazy swinging camara and zoom in / out makes you sea sick. Get a stand.
Ever heard of a torque wrench? BBRRRRRR BRRRR bR bRRBRBBR bRRRRRRRRRRRR "nope, but I do get a lot of fkd threads though".
A torque wrench to change a battery, Hmmm I’ve been doing it wrong for 30 plus years now.
Awesome design Question on the drawers under the welder. Do they leak when it rains and how do they function in winter Thanks 2nd I have a ranger 305g that needs the same set up just not the drawers on either side. What info do you need for a set of plans Thanks Mike
No leaks from the drawers and we’ve seen a lot of rain in the past year since the build. The drawers are from American Van and come in a variety of combinations. I’m not a proper planner when I fab stuff, it just comes together as I go in my head. I think a lot about how Im going to build something and things often change quite a bit along the way as I go. It’s been over a year without any glitches or repairs needed so far so I’m pretty happy. I’m sure that if you can weld and have a decent saw you will successfully be able to take my general design and improve/customize it to your own specific needs. I’m not a professional fabricator, I’m just a mechanic who has to do some occasional fab work.
How replace the tire gs 2632
You need a OTC two bolt puller. I’ll get the part number off the one I’ve used for years when I get in tomorrow. Works great.
To pull the wheels on a Genie GS scissor you will need an OTC 7393 two bolt puller www.amazon.com/OTC-7393-Gear-Pulley-Puller/dp/B000P6UNW4/ref=asc_df_B000P6UNW4/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=312064691975&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=12756801016349565338&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9029997&hvtargid=pla-449055199333&psc=1&mcid=ae3c5fb0496339a1825c1210191badd6&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIheCS1bf_ggMVRzetBh288gdsEAQYASABEgJLo_D_BwE
Neat
Top notch fab work!!!
That's not a 7.3... The last year was 2002
Ford has a new pushrod V8 gas engine, the 7.3L Godzilla. Been out for a few years now.
@@8BWN Good luck with that, I'll stick to my 7.3 diesel
@@skitown11 ??? That just a fact LoL I have an 01 7.3, they're not all that special other than being kind of simple and pre emissions.
A percussion crimper? So obsolete. Get a hex crimper, it will make a hermetic joint. Moisture cant get in if there is no space for entry
Its stranded copper wire. Hermetic joint ain’t gonna happen with any crimper.
@@gsxrcom you can continue believing that or you can look up a hex crimper and stop being so full of yourself
Sehr schön!
thank you.
You're welcome
good job. I know how to do now, thanks. What's the brand of the old batteries and what's the brand of the new ones you installed?
Removed Trojan T105 batteries, installed Interstate GC2-HCL-UTL batteries.
I’ll pay you for a plan on how to build my own.
I’d need to know dimensions of your rig and all model numbers of what’s going to be installed in the space. I had to start on my project with just dimensions of the welder online because the actual welder was still in order.
What a setup! big props!! In your experience, what is the best yet affordable welder for small garage projects? thanks
A used snap on MM140SL is usually a bargain when one comes up. Off the snap on truck the price is insane but if you can find a used one for under a grand, you can pretty much buy attachments to do anything with that welder. I have had my MM140SL for a couple decades and it’s a work horse, I also have 220v welder for the bigger jobs. It’s a really haggard looking beat up ESAB Migmaster 250 I picked up years ago for $250 and all I did to it to get it going was buy a new liner and some tips. It’s also a great machine if found used as it uses common parts and they are plentiful.
Could I get the bearings part number please

Watched again ! It is very Good ! Works great
Great set up plus credit to you skill! Where get roller bearings thks
KR22 22mm follower bearings from Amazon also the side bearings that take out the side play were R4AZZ deep groove ball bearings. All pretty inexpensive stuff but really strong. Only complaint is if i roll my welder out really far to get a visual on the bearings, they are super rusty looking already. Have been having record rainfall out here this whole winter. seems like every week there’s a storm. Regardless of the rust appearance on the bearings, there’s no issues with the entire setup so far and have been using the truck 5 days a week since May of 2022 when I set it up.
@gsxrcom if you can get to the bears a little bit of anti sieze.mix with some 20/50motor oil
Will mix a batch at the shop tomorrow thanks!
That is badass!!
Thanks!
The question is....how to open that compartment
That is easy. there is a handle and it opens smoothly.
