Yes MG-42 wad and powder is Longshot. Can't remember the charge though. I want to say somewhere along 26 or 28g, but like always start low and work up.

Did you watch my other video with my sawed off and my MKA 1919 with a full choke? I'm using the same wad but using a new powder for 1 1/8 loads. Highgun and using 18g. I mainly want a smooth recoil of 1oz to 1 1/8 payload. Which 1oz is 9 pellets of 31 cal and 12 pellets is a little over 1 1/8.

So far it's decent but I'll be doing more testing. I liked it for the sawed off and the mka for a simple buckshot load but haven't tested it out of my pardner cylinder bore or my stoeger m3000 with an xf choke.

It's odd that it's only the left side with certain ammo. I'll take it apart one of theses days. I have plenty of spare parts.

@@alwaysreloading288 I have one sbs, a fime group import vepr. And it took tons of work to get it to function somewhat most of the time lol. I have an old Meriden sxs that was my grandfather's and think I may be going this route in the future. Trying to get it working I noticed it would bend the cooking lever tips from opening it and they would just not be enough to get a good strike on the primers. P.s. the russian Lyman slug mold for 12 Guage is a good investment, a box of 100 birdshot becomes a box of 100 slugs in an afternoon.

Lol i have full bore pumpkin ball molds .732 and I also have the lyman Diablos in full bore. I'm starting with buckshot then working my way up. I might also pickup an older 525 lyman mold for wads. I'm also looking for thin wire for bolo rounds. I'm all over the place with shotguns.

It's in-between #1 and #0. It's 31 cal and they stack kinda by 3 in the tps cushion was. I have so many of theses wads so I'm trying to come up with a good load. I bought them on sale from balistic products when they had 4k of them for $60. Lol

No theses are casted from my MP- Molds 31 cal. 8 cavity. I have a UA-cam short video of it. It's honestly the best mold I've used for buck. No more snipping, just cast water quench and tumble then load.

I'm just using finger nail hardener to seal it.
