This video was something that appeared on my feed just now, and I have to say that you definitely have a lot to chat about and to say! Then, so will I, but I apologize as it will be long. Though, I'll definitely keep listening to your videos often! One thing I suppose, is that I'd rather not go outside at all when it rains, and if I do, I would definitely not be wearing leggings of any kind. Maybe sweat pants, but something so it doesn't get freezing cold. Another, is that I too have long hair (I'm not sure if you do), and sometimes I manage to get it wet from the rain. It doesn't get so frizzy, but it does get dry and uncomfortable. I'm not a girl, so I don't understand the process of taking care of it, but I know that you definitely should manage it carefully madam! Lastly, that is true that kids should be taken care of properly, so that they wouldn't be so disobedient when they get older. I guess it just depends how the parents were raised, and how they raise their kids..? But even though I stumbled across your video, I have to say that there is still hope despite depression & anxiety, and that is through Christ. I too, was very depressed and nihilistic because of thoughts like "Life is meaningless" and "In the end, we're dead, so nothing we do here matters." However, after God had called me, and I came to know the reason we live, exist, and why certain things happen, life suddenly became more colorful. Constant intrusive thoughts are not something we think of, but are influenced by demonic, spiritual forces. It may sound silly, but it's very much true. This is one reason why there is so much evil in the world, because humans are constantly listening to these thoughts they have. Some of these also give sickness and pain, which could be why you have unexpected migraines due to the stress. I very much relate to that, because I've been there over and over again. I used to have tons of headaches/migraines to the point where I'd cry, but they aren't as deep anymore. And so, I leave this final message to you madam, and hope and pray you take this into consideration. I apologize that it's very long. I come to let everyone know, that Christ is coming soon. God, in His infinite mercy, sent Christ down to be in our place on the cross. We, deserving of death, do not deserve His mercy. We deserve hell because we have broken God's law (The 10 commandments). If you've ever lied, stolen, looked with lust, or even said His name in vain, you will be given a terrible punishment of going to a place called hell. It's because of sin, that we deserve it. God is not only a God of love, but a justful God like we have judges here. He will give you the due penalty you deserve. Being a "good person" will not save you, nor grant you heaven. There is no way to save ourselves. It is as Rom 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is in Christ Jesus our Lord." and Eph 2:8-9, "For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast." However, we can be saved from hell by trusting in Christ like we would with a parachute. Why else would you put on a parachute, if you were in the air? Your motivation would be a healthy fear. So, to put on Christ you must trust in Him alone, like what Rom 10:9-10 says. Not your good works, but in Him alone. Repentance towards God is important too, like what Acts 20:21 says. We do not know when we will die, whether in several years, or today will be the day. Please remember this and take this into consideration.

I never noticed protein bread and spice paste in tesco before, i should really give them a try 😆 Lentil crisps can be nice, sundried tomato flavour is usually quite nice, but it's curious that they are so high calorie in comparison to usual brands, despite being healthier. I wonder how garlic puree compares to garlic granules, seems quite nice, although I've never tried it at all! Just discovered this channel for the first time, seen a few videos already and i feel the need to say, i admire the courage to create content despite anxiety! I've been on zoloft for a while, but i still find it too spooky to create anything on here for now 😂 All the best from Scotland!

I just added a new best friend to my life and youtube algorithm sent me your way. I've adopted a near 11 year old Siberian Husky and I only wish I'd done it sooner. From little exercise to usually 2 sometimes 3 mile long walks per day.

I had a problem neighbor before. I called the police many times here in America, but all they did was tell them to quiet it down. After the police left the loud noise just started back up. It was driving me nuts since I have ptsd and I started dreaming of hurting them. Luckily, I just decided to move and I haven't had the issue since.

The rain doesn't bother that husky at all.
