Lakeview Orchestra was founded in 2013 and is Chicago's leading non-professional orchestra. Under the baton of Artistic Director Gregory Hughes, the orchestra presents acclaimed performances that engage, entertain, and educate. The orchestra is home to professionally-trained musicians that revel at opportunities to perform a diverse variety of music.
The orchestra's commitment to artistic excellence has been noted by audiences, critics, and artists alike. In 2016, Lakeview Orchestra garnered three awards in a single year from the Illinois Council of Orchestras, including the prestigious Orchestra of the Year award.

تحياتي لمن يجدد فن كارمن القامة الفارعة في سماء النظام للألحان الموسيقى كلما تعددت آلاتها وكثرت أدوات اللحن تتمأخذ بخفايا النغم القادم من الغيب والظلمات السحيقة في وما بين المجرات السابحة على النغم والأندية الأبدية وتكررها الجوقات والحزقات من فنانين تمتعوا بالموهبة فاستخرجوا اللحن والموسيقى من تقاطيع المكان وتفصيلات الزمان فوصلت إلينا ما ننعم بسمعه ونلتذ بترسالاته فنسمع الأزل والأبد بآلات وأوتار صنعها العناصر وأقتطعها الإنسان وصارت تحن لأصلها القديم ونحن نفرح بآلامها ونبتهج بأحزانها الى الرب القديم... من العبد الفقير المسكين اليكم التقدير

The one college course I always have regrets for not taking is Music Appreciation. Somehow it was wrong, time wrong semester. However, I have loved "classical music" all my life, And have a wide knowledge of composers and their works, just not the "jargon" characteristic of every discipline.
真心覺得二胡的聲線，更能表達出東方的愛情觀，嬌羞而含蓄。 第一次聽時，總覺得二胡在高音上表現不如小提琴！小提琴高音真的宇宙無敵，尖銳而鮮明(這也反應出西方哲學重視個性的突出)。大家仔細聽，孫凰老師的高音處理，故意弱化了高音的尖銳性，聽起來非常含糊！這真的是血淋淋東方愛情性格啊，嬌嗔而害羞。
你是否登錯了你的小評論？此音樂何來有二胡？Tchaikovsky 從來不會作二胡曲，他至多寫了一小段中国舞 ballet 配樂，但毫無半点中国色彩，亦顯得不倫不類的創作。

The piece is not challenging enough for you all but throughout the whole work it seemed as though you all were looking for a collective sound. A sound of your own. That's unusual and should have been worked out on rehearsals. But, I can accept that as comforting standard fare on a nice evening out. Thank you.
