This is my favorite race. Jake would go on to win the gold in his senior year 2006 and nearly break the PIAA AA 3200 meter race by running a 9:04.21.

Two things that stand out on both jumpers. #1 Lower arm bends just a bit or not at all. #2 The feet go over the head for a micro second. This is the result of insane penetration. This is fantastic footage.
