They started requesting while they are in Nigeria, and when the drivers reaches the destination they will call and tell the driver that SAn's are xenophobic, this was done right after the chidima saga. This single viral video was a retaliation, because SA drivers have been thrown to and fro by uncivilised people in Nigeria who were pretending to be requesting.
