Very cool! I believe hard top, full doors, AC, 4.0L, automatic, side step, etc were all add on options that the original owner custom ordered on mine.

@@hanshoeg I cant remember if the 4 liter came stock or if there was a 4 cyl option, mine came with the 4.0 and was also a manual, I certainly wanted the manual and 4.0 though. Whenever I see anyone driving one, I always make sure to say hello and that I like their Jeep. Currently on my 2nd Gladiator....

@@cuh720 it’s just fine for what I use it for… But it’s only a 3 speed compared to my 01 TJ with the 4.0 which has a 4 speed automatic (which is much better).

Agreed- I’m a YJ guy first. I like both for different reasons though. The YJ dash (especially in tan) is my favorite. What color is your 93?

@hanshoeg Mine is red. It's paint is original and in great shape for its age due to yearly waxing and being garaged for the last 18 yrs. It's beautiful. It's got the grey dash. When I bought it new in 1993 at 20 yrs old, I was in love with the red color. Now at 49, I wish I had the dark green color they offered back then. Its also bone stock except for a slightly larger set of tires. It has NO LIFT. I also still have the original OEM wheels and tires in storage.

@@highlonesome7482 very cool. Yes a green Sahara YJ is a great color!! I test drove a 94 green Sahara before I found mine. Had 4.0 manual hard top with a plow. Unfortunately it was too rusty.

I had an 01 TJ with the 4.0. It did the same thing. Problem was the fuel pressure regulator.

My 93 had a long ctank issue. It was a failed fuel pump check valve. The check valve keeps the fuel from running back into the tank. A short term fix is to install an inlime check valve. Long term fix is to drop the tank and install a new fuel pump.

The chrome ones came off a 2004 Jeep TJ. (I have painted them black) The black ones were in my 2001 Jeep TJ when I bought it.

2003 tj roll bar winch lifted white and black inside done really nice underside looks new $8500-oh new tires brakes and calipers tuned big island. wife has 2000 butterscotch hardtop red pretty much stock bought 80K for $8200 mint looked new ,now 142K miles both great deals. aloha

Agreed! They make half doors, but they are very expensive to get factory ones. Other companies make canvas half doors and tubular half doors. I also have canvas half doors for my YJ.

I'm actually about to paint my Jeep wheels as well. (I have the Bright Silver Metallic steel wheels with the black center caps that came on the S model back in the day)

​@hanshoeg 2001 Wrangler original owner 276k miles. Had a rod knock at 230k miles and got a reman 4.0 for $850. I got a video of the knock on my channel, not much else though.
