Hi, Do you have an email? Would like to ask you questions regarding the giant amazonian lily. Do you still have the casting? Where did you purchase this from? We are in the US but need to get 3d scan of the exact same kind. Please reach out to us. Thank you so much.
Hi Gylver! Wonderful effect, I just had to sign up a youtube account to be able to ask the same thing as Bert. Would love to know what kind of clay you are using the the proportion? Thanks! Looking forward to see more of your work.
Hi Christoffer The clay comes as powder, and is easily mixed with water. The ratio is simple, as much water as the clay can hold. Make a slurry and leave it for a couple of hours, scoop off the water on the top and the mix is perfect for this purpose. Thank you for your supportive feedback!
Although the harmonograph looks enormous, it obviously works fantastic. I have successfully built a number of these machines (much smaller) but have had some incredible drawings. Thanks.
Sorry for not replying sooner. I would like to send you some images of my harmonographs but cannot upload to UA-cam. unfortunately, you don't have a send message on your subscribe site, are you on Google plus? Would love to make contact relating to thiese machines. Thanks.
Hi, cool project and a nice result!!! Could you please describe the complete process and the materials that you used to create this? e.g.: what is the mixture of clay vs water that you pour in the mold? How do you fixate it, etc... I would like to make something similar with brown clay within a wooden frame Thanks in advance!!
Hi Bert, sorry for this very delayed answer, I didn't notice your comment until now.The clay comes as powder, and is easily mixed with water. The ratio is simple, as much water as the clay can hold. Make a slurry and leave it for a couple of hours, scoop off the water on the top and the mix is perfect for this purpose. To fixate the clay is important, and the way you do it will influence on the final design of the cracks. On this video I use jute hessian glued to the backing, but stitches, nails or screws do the job as well. Widely spread nails will give cracks few and far between, the thicker layer of clay also give bigger cracks. Good luck!
i don't know what is going on and love it
??
What’s going on here 😳🤷🏼♀️
Excactly! What Is going on?!
Majestic alocasia! Mind telling me what is it you were doing with that one leaf?
Hello, you are a good artist, please what are the used materials, thanks
This is great idea! Can I use any acrylic with Jesmonite?
