This is from Abbath's side project "I" back in 2006 (album is Between Two Worlds, which is a bit easier to search for!). Can't tell you how much I love this album...if you are an Abbath fan it is a MUST listen!

Awesome cover! Very very cool! Could you please tell, you layed the music ( I mean the song) after you shot the video? Because the sound is awesome, what kind of gear did you use?
I just layered my bass track on top of the album recording in a DAW, put the video in another track in the DAW (possibly not widely known, but most DAWs support video), and nudged the video until it was in sync with my fingers. Gear-wise, I'm using a Tech 21 Steve Harris preamp in parallel with a Bass Driver DI V2 on my pedalboard....however the bass tone you hear in the video is actually a NAM profile of my board rather than the actual thing. See link in the description....you can download and try it.
