She scales off break effect and put her with ruan mei, harmony mc, and gallagher

All she needs are break effect, speed and atk. Get her atk to a maximum pf 3.2k for maxing out her trace and then if you run her on talias get her speed to 145+. For relic sets go with iron cavalry 4 pc and aim for 170+ break effect. Her LC options are the charmony gacha LC and the hertas shop eurudition LC. Gl<33

No silver wolf only provides single target debuffing unlike Pela's ultimate, unless you're fighting a single boss which you dont really wanna put yourself in that position using Rappa.

@@yahelintesorero4451 You're welcome! Tingyun will have the ability to provide Exo Toughness to the enemies which ultimately doubles the amount of stack generation for Rappa's trace that helps her deal a massive amount of break damage.

i don't remember there were any 4* buffer/debuffer that focus on BE, so i guess AoE def reduction is a good replacement. Though i prefer that the eagle set in this video also have more BE

That was her talent’s extra damage triggering What it does is that when a enemy is broken, you’ll gain 1 charge, and elites/bosses give 2 charges (max 10) On the 3rd hit of her enhanced combo all charges are consumed, the first one will do 60% of her imaginary break damage with 2 toughness damage (it can break for some reason) And all other charges add 50% to that So for example 4 charges is 210% of her damage dealt, 5 is 260%, 6 is 310 etc

Exo toughness being broken also counts towards her charges, which is why she had 10 of them and dealt 510% of her damage at the end causing the massive number (Damage is AOE so it hits all 5)

It doesn't. It counts as a Basic Attack and the main damage source is her Talent anyways. Still, Jiaoqiu is not a bad idea considering that Vulnerability can also affect Break DMG, and 35% Vulnerability is no joke

@@bluelemonade6430 no. Jiaoqiu's 35% Vulnerability affects all kinds of damage, BA DMG, Skill DMG, Ult DMG, FuA DMG, even DoT DMG and Break DMG. It's just that Ultimates, gain an extra 15% bonus thanks to his Ultimates. In other words, enemies take 50% more DMG from Ults, and 35% from everything else. P.S. Vulnerability is a completely separate multiplier, so it doesn't stack with DMG% bonuses and is not subject to diminishing returns, which makes it better than DEF Shred since the latter only goes up to 100% (because there's no such thing as Negative DEF) whereas Vulnerability has no limit. Def Shred is better than Vulnerability if both are at 80%-100%, but in any other scenario, Vulnerability comes out on top.

the build is possible though, u get 56% BE from the lc and 10spd from using rm. my build i have for rappa has 155spd and 185% BE without lc (this build has around 190% BE without lc) so its def doable. also u can use talia and it makes the build even easier

Looks like Duran planar stack really buff the Ratio 01:29 02:41 the damage are higher than before even they uses all support's ultimate. & Of course it's all about E2 Robin😭 i need to pull her again in future
