"The Song of the Forgotten Teddies"
In a small town that had long disappeared from maps, there lay a silent amusement park that once overflowed with laughter and joy. Children ran hand in hand down its paths, the lights of the Ferris wheel sparkled in the dark, and the carousels hummed an endless melody of happiness.
But one day, the storm came. A raging hurricane tore apart not only the buildings but also drove the people away. As the residents fled, the park was left behind-along with the teddy bears that once rested snugly in the arms of children.
One particularly large teddy, lovingly called Bruno, sat by the edge of the old carousel. His button eyes gazed into the distance as the wind blew years of dust over him. Bruno waited. For the children, for the lights, for the music. But all that remained was silence.
Every night, the teddies told each other stories of the times when they still had friends who loved them. But with each passing year, the memories faded. Bruno knew that soon, he would be the last one to remember the laughter and the melody.
One morning, as sunlight filtered through the tattered branches, Bruno heard a sound-the distant laughter of a child. It was only an echo, a mirage of memory, but for a brief moment, he felt whole again. Then he lowered his head, and the song of the forgotten teddies faded forever.
