I have bought 2 so far, and gave them to my kids to use, but now I miss that phone and I'm either gonna switch with them soon, but they love it, as did I, but I may get another one if I can find for a good deal.

​@@RJ_UploadsSo, here's the thing, if you get the unlocked version of the Moto G Stylus 5g 2024, you will get the one with 256 gb of storage. It is more expensive however. The 128 GB versions are the ones Carriers like T-Mobile or Metro or etc usually carry. Unless said otherwise, as far as I'm concerned. Hope this helps!!

If it still comes with expandable storage that is a very good deal.

@@ArthurZakaryan23 I completely understand, I also went to best buy to check it out and it does look very nice, I actually am a fan, I'm more than likely going to get the smaller pixel 9 pro unless the fold pro looks that good to me, I honestly want Motorola to make a foldable besides the flip phone, I think they would have a nice one as well. When you do get the pro fold hit me up in the comment section, and let me know how it's going with it, I'm still in the air about it but we will see, I may get it to put it up against my og pixel fold and get comparisons on them. 👍🏾👍🏾

@@RJ_Uploads I'm not set on the Fold just yet. I doubt the price will be much lower than last year if not the same and possibly more like we saw with the Z Fold 6 and even if the 9 Pro XL is a $100 more than the 8 Pro was, that's still at least $700 less than the Fold and I just can't justify that kind of premium. I also love my 8 Pro's camera, it's come in clutch for me on more than a few occasions especially the great zoom and the macro capability and I won't even consider another phone period that can't at minimum match the 8 Pro in those areas. Chances are I'll be going with the 9 Pro XL unless T-Mobile has come kind of crazy trade-in promo for 8 Pro owners who want a Fold but I'm not really holding my breath there.

@@CinHalCedHerChance my bad lol, me personally I like the stylus because the frame is plastic and the vegan back makes it a more grippier device, now if you want that cool metal frame feel go with the Thinkphone, it feels good also but it feels kind of slippery but it also has a better IP rating.

@@RJ_Uploads All good, I had to ask since you had both available to you. Don't care about what it's made of, would prefer metal, but plastics have come such a long way that they're on par now with metal to me in terms of design and function for the most part. IP ratings, never an issue considering that in my 20s I grew up with Samsung flip phones and IP back then simply meant two random letters put together. lol That's one of the great things of growing up ahead of the game, you didn't get everything and when it's available it's a non-issue. lol Kinda like "SMART" TVs or 4K, don't care for either, so I'll get a "dumb" TV, pay less and be happy with the quality still. lol Regardless, thanks bro, I do appreciate your input.

@@JojoJojo-qv9zp I feel ya on all points, I personally am a fan of the cameras and the features that come with it and ir blaster, I wish they would update it to try and make the software a lot smoother, it's like the total opposite of the red magic 8 pro I have.

The Thinkphone is by far I think the best phone you can get at that price with the specs it has and the durability of this phone is awesome.

I truly believe they took a step back with the 2024 models compared to last year's edge plus 2023

That sounds pretty cool, besides the 2 different charging speeds and ram management, I think the battery's are different sizes also

I bought the Thinkphone first because I saw it on the Motorola website for the public to buy especially after they initially said this phone would be only sold to businesses and companies... I I bought the edge plus 2023 because I was waiting on it to be released, I love the design when I saw it. The one I would keep for me is the edge plus because I loved curved edge phones and this one is special with the quad curves, the phone is smooth and I just enjoy the cameras and UI.

@@RJ_Uploads Thanks. Guess I have to decide if the Edge+ is worth the extra $200 over the Thinkphone. Also have the Oneplus 12r in the mix too. Rather have a Moto though. Too many choices.

There may be some deals out there but me personally I the 165 hz display, the esim support, and the 512gb of storage, SD8gen2, plus the fact that you can hook the phone up wired to any monitor or tv did it for me, plus the speakers sound so much better on the edge than the thinkphone...

The glossy one at the time I think it was but don't hold me to it.

I have updated to android 14 and this phone runs great and feels the best out of all my devices. My only other device that runs about as smooth is the Motorola edge plus 2023, but everything else is a go, from the UI, to the screen, performance is bar none, and the speakers on hear are better than any phone I have ever owned period.

@@DanZan I have had no issues at all, besides, my only knock on this phone is that it doesn't have esim support and that's it.

I go to asus forums and you have tons of people complaining about the camera not working and the phone turning off, but then we have a few others like you saying it works like a charm. I ordered the rog 6 batman phone, we'll see what luck i have

I wish I could remember, I am pretty sure they are with Bluetooth 5.3, but I gave these to a buddy at work to test out while they work out, I will find out for sure though.

This entire comment is so true on so many levels and the fact that they can't give us any good reason why that is or one engineer that works on the designing of phones just can't flat out tell us, most phones nowadays have more than enough power for the day to day, if they would have just fused these phones together basically it would be darn near perfect for everyone if you ask me.

Most flagships do not have a headphone jack because most companies think you're going to follow their ecosystem (wireless buds,watch,tablet) and for the most part people with the flagship devices do follow that trend whereas the lower end devices people tend to use different manufacturers accessories (headphones for example) SD card slot on the other hand is these companies wanting you to buy cloud storage and seamlessly switch devices when it's time to upgrade. Greed def is apart of all of it sadly.

The caramel color is fresh, I just sent it back because I wanted to see how the scarlet wave red color looked and seeing it in person I kept the red.

I can't lie, the edge plus 2023 is still my favorite slab Motorola phone, followed by the stylus and Thinkphone, it's a beast of a phone.

I'm also a big fan of pixel devices and their features and my pixel fold is my main device and that's why I enjoy my Motorola phones, they cope well with my pixels whether, it be the edge, thinkphone, stylus, razr, they all followed pixel approach closely with their spin to it, some even have the call screening service that Google has on their pixels which i very much enjoy. 👍🏾👍🏾

What headphones are you having issues with?

Me personally I prefer the edge plus 2023.

The phone does support vonr, the problem is the service provider and the gatekeeping of what phones they allow to use certain features.

I'm using the stock launcher, but the only other launchers I would use are Niagara launcher and lawnchair launcher.

I bought some of those like 2 months ago they worked good but now I can only use 1 at a time now smh each bud shows up as they’re own device and I tried to reset them and nothings works. So they just sit in my dresser drawer
