    I wish you would have used 2 very different colors. The Red color took over and the purple is M.I.A. Watching this tutorial if you use the Beautiful Silks Dyes you'll need to use a lot of it for that small scarf. I hope that it's gotten better since this video (2009-2010).

    the music is too loud cannot hear how long it needs to be in the microwave oven for, voice is so soft, dreadful. Shame as the tutorial is otherwise good.

    Thank you for this - a very clear, concise and easy-to-follow tutorial..I am already inspired to try this myself. Thank you also for listing and showing the necessary tools, etc., for the whole process. You have not only clarified all the necessary steps to make something from wool and silk, you've taken away the unnecessary "scary" mystique of some of the other videos that make me feel like I shouldn't even attempt this, it's too good for lowly people like myself. Easy to watch, and follow along.

    You cannot card silk that has seircin, or worm spit, let in it. BUT you can card silk. Try Soffsilk, it is the best silk waste on the market, clean and bunny soft.
