I relate to everything you said about being highly sensitive and introverted. I completely understand. I don’t have adhd, but I need to have my hands busy with things that fill my heart with joy. I see it in an artist I follow on instagram and honestly I never understood the point of it (although I like her a lot), but seeing you doing it and explaining it, it makes me want to try it. Undated for me! I used to write postcards to my late mother and I wouldn’t date them and she always put the date she received them ☺️ I love small journals and books too. I have a black and white one somewhere on my shelves, I gave them to various friends and family in 2011 😂 Didn’t know there was a colour version!
