SHOULDER PRESS with acute stage 4 HIP arthritis
Переглядів 217 років тому
I visited my doctor today where he hit me with the news that that inflexible right hip of mine is actually serious arthritis and said I would have to get a hip replacement. Any normal person would chill at home and try to save the hip for as long as possible. NOWP, i went to gym as normal.

Are you in pain ?
Toejob n Sexy Footjob is Mandatory dear 😍💘💟no ticle no ficle needed 😎
I'm 47 (soon 48) and have had severe hip pain for more than a decade. Finally got diagnosed with stage 4 OA in the right hip and stage 2 in the left. Been squatting 3x weekly for about 5 months and it hurts like hell - but I'm getting stronger (in tiny increments). If I have to get a hip replacement, I might as well use up what I've got. But, maybe I'll avoid it - I notice that the increase in strength helps me stay on my feet longer. Doctor says I'm crazy. Time will tell. Thanks for the video!
he isn't even limping can't be that sore oh im 71 with arthritic hip so i know what i am talking about
Btw I’m only 46....
i was 43 in this video
My email is joed@pawson.com stay in touch let’s push each other so we avoid surgery as long as possible!! Email me if you’d like. I’m going to start hitting the irons again light to get things moving!
I’ve had osteoarthritis for 2 yrs now. My doctor said to exercise keep it moving!!! I’m doing free squats right now keeping that hip moving!
waooo. interesting doctors advice. mine booking me in for a hip replacement surgery. i obviously refused it flat out. pending the time i literally cannot walk anymore.
My doc wants me to wait as long as possible. I played golf in Florida on weds and Thursday this past week. The pain is the worst it’s ever been but as long as I keep moving, walking, stationary bike etc. I just helped my brother move some heavy furniture and it’s all warmed up and fine. You know how good it feels after lifting it’s all lubed up lol!!!
I have the same problem, however I am afraid to get that low.🤔
She has really pretty feet the pink looks so sexy on her toes may I tickle them 😘
Where the hell are you doing this? In public? What the hell is wrong with you people?
Mikey G it’s so desgusting in this world why in public
Yeah I got a foot fetish but I'd never do this publicly smh.
Inspiring. I have developed hip arthritis as well and I'm only 25. I am not sure if I should stop training completely or if I should keep going. My hip will need replacement eventually as well, so does it matter if it's in 10 years or 5 years or 2 years? It's gonna suck anyways..
awdawdawdawdawd I’m 46 I’ve had it for 2 yrs they say to continue to exercise and to keep it moving. My doctor said just running is not good. Squats with a med weight high reps is actually good. I know it sucks.....
Joseph Dendas : I got told yesterday I have hip damage of a man of 62 (I'm 42) ...can't understand how it's happened, I have never weight trained my lower body! The doctors over here are useless and don't give preventative advice. ....did your doctor tell you it was ok to run? I was always led to believe it is impactful on the joints.
@@sappermade6012 this advice/thinking sounds solid. mainly cos i have kept up my varied workout all this while/years. running, tennis, weights /strength training in the gym etc.
Hey bro, i'm 36 and have moderate arthritis in hips and am perfectly healthy. They're testing me for avascular necrosis in the hips. You might wanna look into this if you're 25. Essentially the blood supply is being shut off to your hips which is why they're aging so rapidly. Good luck.
Good luck
Did she have a bit of toe hair on big toe?

check out tarastilesyoga for better vids on beginners yoga
somes a bit sensative I see haha, yes I am a nut case, but I am a nut case looking for vids on yoga for beginners, and wanted to learn, your vid is mis titled... liike I said cool to see done, but not helpful for beginners... sorry to make you feel bad... I apologise for being in bad taste I'm sure you were having fun
Hahahaha you are having a conversation with yourself.
@anton18901 ha ha. where else could a comment like yours come from?? USofA land of the nut cases. the rest of the world tend to shut their mouths when they dont have anything constructive to say. do you just enjoy putting people down? you have a serious problem if you run into something that doesn't suit your palate and cannot resist writing either homophobic comments or just being plain rude.
cool to see, but not yoga for beginners... more like yoga for future circus performers or men who want to attracte other men... worthless video, and worst title ever

TWICE!!!! bloody hell, what happened? complications from the first OP or did you damage it again?
what can i say. pick your surgeon well. i was very very pleased with mine. pre and post OP advice and chats with him were very positive. OP was obviously a clear success as the numbness in both my arms went away over night. and 8weeks later i am back doing all the crazy things i've always done. okay i do have to be smart. i havent done and will not be doing any of the exercise that caused my ingury in the first place. How have you come to need this kind of OP?
whilst in hospital.
