Shot 3 is best because it's the most interesting. Shot 1 and 2 just need better framing, the subject and the space in front of them (where the bike is going) should be in the frame for more of the shot and also more central. Shot 1 is a bit too fast and the zoom would be way more effective if it was less sudden, though it is difficult to do without the right camera. Shot 2 should show more sky and less ground.
