Hi there! Welcome to my channel!
My name is Kait and first and foremost, I'm a mom and I love it! My little boys are one of the reasons I started this channel 🩵
I have a degree in Visual Art & Psychology, a diploma in Recreation Therapy and a diploma in Social Service Work. I also have training in Therapeutic Art. With my education and experience working with mental health, I wanted to do something that would truly help others.
I know how badly stress can affect our bodies and minds, and I knew how much I loved ASMR for reducing my stress. With that in mind, many of my videos incorporate a therapeutic art activity that you can follow along with at home, or simply watch and experience all the ASMR tingles ✨ I also love role play and trigger videos, so those are part of my repertoire as well!
