When I try to use this stance I tend to have my legs less square than when I use a conventional stance. Like it seems natural to have your legs more side ways than usual boxing stances. Is this correct?

Just received my 16oz raptor custom gloves. They are really stiff and hard on the knuckle area, it’s uncomfortable. Do I have to break into them? Everyone says how soft and comfortable they are when they receive it but not mine. I do like how snug and wrist support. Just hope once I break into them they’ll feel better and can use them for sparring.
