Just thought I'd say hello and thanks for sharing your adventures with your Kiwi 3. I am awaiting mine as it is back ordered through Paradise Fibers. I shared in your excitement of your unboxing and through your learning process. I have several hobbies and spinning will be a new one. I think you have been a little hard on yourself so I wanted to share this poem with you by Henry Van Dyke... Use what talents you possess: the woods would be very silent if no birds sang there except those that sang best. Good luck in your fiber journey. Perhaps try not sitting so close to the treadles, I had the same problem sitting too close and ended up with sore ankles. As for the drive band slipping from one groove to the other try loosening it just a bit. I think the Kiwi 3 is a good little wheel for beginners and novice spinners alike, as I've heard nothing but good reviews from long time kiwi users in the kiwi 2 & 3. Thank you for sharing your view and uploading this video.

The audio was fine for me. I will admit that I kept being distracted by the blind that needs lowering a little. :-)

Nice review. I use the Odyssey hooks and love them. I’d just say that they aren’t hand-painted; they are a resin that is swirled, and each one is unique. They are hand made but they only use paint on the size stamp. 💕

You may want to check the audio on that video. You sound different compared to your other videos. I like seeing what other people make, their yarn acquisitions and a short pattern or book review.

The sweater is too big for you. A smaller size would fit much better. The length can easily be adjusted while you make the garment.
