Looks pretty nice but Steps tracking so far is awful. its off by thousands of steps. Idk why

Any way to get original screen back after changing it? Also if there a way to make it track steps better? I'm wearing both a Fitbit versa lite and this watch. The step difference is crazy. It's picking up maybe a third of the steps that the Fitbit is.

Most of the features work fine. Although sometimes during a run, it will end the tracking before I'm done. The maine problem is the sleep monitor does not activate and track sleep while it's on my wrist during sleep time. Any feed back?,

I've had this watch for about one month now. Although is a great watch with lots of features, I struggle with a few things such as: I don't want to receive calls on my phone. I don't seem to be able to turn this feature off. I can't see any of my workout history (just my weekly step count). I can't remove any of te unnecessary sports, so it makes looking for what you want really time consuming (forever scrolling to over 100 options). Any help/advice/tips? Thank you!

I bought this motion sensor for an outdoor balcony November 2022. Changing the motion settings on app, there are 5 settings, very low, low, medium, high, very high. The medium default setting is very sensitive & causes a "false positive" trigger at the smallest movement, the low setting doesn't register motion at all no matter what. As a result the motion sensor has been switched off & is unusable. Hue technical support didn't want to listen to my feedback & were unhelpful. Also I have the newer generation without screws on the back & it is very difficult to open to change the batteries. Be careful, it bites! Maybe I got a dud unit I don't know, however unfortunately I cannot in good conscience recommend buying the Hue outdoor motion sensor.

You should take the springs off before locking it with the pin, they're fully stretched all the time it's in storage like that!

Find phone doesn't work. It just makes the watch vibrate. Also how to use the camera control?

Sorry to bother you. Got this device last night. I got it paired with my phone. I cannot get the watch face to stay lit for hardly any time at all. I see sub menu pic but no clue how to get to any other screen aside from the main display. I screwed up and downloaded a new face and would love to revert back to the original. Lol can’t seem to find out how to do that either. I doubt it’s broken seems to be a simple end user error. Is there a support number I can call? Thank you

BUYER BEWARE!! I have had Mammotion's Luba for over a year and it is total crap. It runs into the house, runs over flower beds, jams itself under the firepit and car, etc etc. It has the scars to prove it. We had original named her Lucy but we have rechistened her Lucifer. What is more attrocious though is their customer support. It is non-existent. It took me over a year to convince them that there was something wrong with it. Finally this "Oh maybe you have a motherboard with one of the bad chips" right in the peak grass cutting season here. You have to send it in to get it fixed. They will not send you a loaner. They will not give you a performance guarantee where they pay a penalty for every day it is gone past a certain amount of time. They will not use "same day shipping" even though they promissed they would. They promissed it back in two weeks, it took two months. When it left, it was pissing me off but it would eventually get the job done with a whole lot of swearing. They shipped me back a brick. It no longer works at all. I have spent well over a hundred hours with them in chat along with writing emails to try and get it replaced as it is still on warranty. All the while now having to pay someone to cut my grass. I am hoping to kick off a class action lawsuit.

Dupray neat one looks to be more compact and same price, it has a negative of longer boil times and no refill one the go, however from what I can tell it has a hotter temperture out of the nozzle, the advertised temp of neat is not the temp it comes out nozzle but the karcher don't advertise this, I used the neat for few weeks (second hand) and its broke, its a 4 year old unit so its probs had its day, anyway formmy use onit it did have very dry heat so not much water was expelled so quick to dry, from all the videos i see of this model it is very water heavy, I get the impression the neat is likely better but ideally need someone who has both to test. there same price and similiar speccedbut there is no one person has tried both to test
