The end to another quick little build. It was fun and came together pretty easy. But i am far from done. I take a lot of pride in my work and enjoy custom builds. I have tons of projects in the works so stay tune...

Well.... Here is the newest addition to the Build it my way family. We are taking a 21hp riding mower and welding it under a club car ds frame. It is nothing fancy and i know it will be slow. But it will do exactly what i need it to do. I just need a pulling cart for around the yard. It is going to be a 5 seater and lifted. Stay tune we might even leave it a fully functioning mower who knows....

We are going to try and take a cart that has been sitting for 4-6 years and revive it. Lots of work is needed to this cart to make it live again. We are going to do this in 2 simple little videos. I have so many truck projects that this one will be done fast so i have time to focus on them...

Finished another build.

Another quick project. I believe this is the first actual lift for a stock gas golf cart. 2 short videos and this thing is looking good....

Put another one in the history books. This build was unique in the fact that it was custom. These carts are made by ACG. They need loads of up keep but look great. The fiberglass is molded in china and is cheap made to say the least. I wouldn't recomend this cart for any off raod use it just wouldn't hold up. Finish up the club car build. It runs great. Does about 18mph with the governer. About 22mph with out the governer. I think it was a good choice to go with the swing arm design. I guess time will tell how good it holds up...

We got a kinda unique project..... Its a hummer H3 48v golf catlrt build. First we had to get it painted after it took us 4 hrs to disassemble the cart. Now time to throw it back together and make another customer happy....

After deciding to take a whole new approach on the engine plate.... We got the swing arm done and installed. Motor plate is welded in place and ready to go. Waiting on a rear sprocket to come in now the part 3 will be test drive time....

Taking a 2000 club car 48v from electric to gas with a 386cc engine in one week. Adding a foward and reverse transmission and a jack shaft. Probably a few gear swaps until i get what i am looking for. But as always i will do my best to take it step by step and do it right.

Finished this cart finally.... Looking at the start of the project to now it is amazing how this cart looks. I couldn't be happier with the out come.

Part one of a three part build. We are going to take this cart completely apart and make it custom. Deep blue paint with gloss white racing stripes. 4" lift kit sitting on nice wheels and tires. Custom dash and seat covers with bright blue under glow lights. Don't worrie i will take you through the process from start to finish..

Finally get it all painted and ready to get the motor installed. Took a total of 14 cans of red paint and 6 cans of yellow. Plus 2 cans of clear coat, 2 cans of clear flex coat, 4 cans of black so far and 2 cans of white. Lots of paint put into this thing to make it look right. It is a fun build though. Never thought at my age i would be building a big version of a little tike.......
