I have been wondering, is LC:VC the same as Beta 4.0?? The difference is LC:VC doesn't need your own copy of vanilla VC game as well as audio files and movie files from vanilla III game. And the cutscenes still have black bars on top and bottom screen like in vanilla III. Also Claude has Tommy's animation instead of his own, although I only noticed by his idle pose. Although they share the save slot (Beta 4.0 can load LC:VC save and vice versa). And somehow LC:VC has smaller size (around the same as vanilla VC).

Does the gas station in Harwood still lack of explosive pumps? I tried to restore it like I did in GTA 3 but seems like it won't work. Even GTA LCS has those pumps.

You can change vehicles models to make the gameplay even better. TBH the OG vehicles in vice city looks ugly and crappy IMO..
