In addition to my professional experience, I am the proud owner of Linden Catering, where I provide catering services for various events and occasions. I also have a website called Jerk Spices, where I sell my own line of spice blends inspired by Jamaican cuisine.

Throughout my culinary journey, I have been fortunate enough to receive 2 medals in culinary competitions, which have further fueled my passion for cooking and baking.
