Never align ring gaps in line of thrust.. Also rings do rotate while the engine is running so it will not matter if it's not perfectly set as 120 degrees

I thought all 3 rings's gaps must be equally spaced which is 120 deg from each other provided that none is in line with the conrod pin ends. 🤨

Your oil rings need to face the skirt of piston 160 degrees
That's not really correct the second ring from the top needs to go to the exhaust side and the top ring needs to go towards the intake side
