    I need to do zoom calls, my mind blanks 😅 on the phone I’m ok but these calls are difficult for me. Would it be dumb to put a script in the screen or look down at one mainly it’s questions about packaging I need to ask.

      Well, I would be strategic about it. 1. Don’t publish it - if you do, you’re already communicating that your time isn’t valuable and attract tire kickers 2. Give it away only to qualified or referred opportunities. If the lead is warmer you have more chances of converting…does that make sense?

    Can you do checklists in each task ? For example a listing of things to do when preparing a tax return where it’s all written out with the process so an inexperienced person can prepare stuff with less questions and errors? Like ClickUp can do on checklists

      Hi Mo, yes you can create subtasks in every task template. You can even make custom task templates by customer and create conditional automations to say “Assign this custom task for ABC company only to this team member with these custom tasks (ie. BOA account ending in 1234, etc.)” hope that helps

      Let’s say you’re trying to sell a product or service… Customer says “I need to think about it” You could respond with “How open minded would you be to giving us the chance to earn your business?”

      Open minded is to be accepting of other ideas that are outside your beliefs. Being open or willing to hear someone’s ideas or suggestions to help you solve a problem or find a solution. Does that help?
