Navigating Other Peoples Patterns
This episode is for those of you who are curious about the deeper layers of the human experience, explored through the understanding of our own patterns and of those around us.
In this episode, Nicole invites listeners to explore the deep layers of the human experience by reflecting on the patterns and behaviors that often govern our lives. We can observe others in the pattering and notice how much they stem from a mechanism of survival. By cultivating awareness and compassion towards ourselves and others, we can shift from mere survival to a more expansive state of being, where joy, connection, and empathy become more accessible.
Nicole dives into the power of interpersonal dynamics, discovering how connection and safety in our relationships can impact our lives. Join us as we get more attuned to our own patterns and those of others!

    Your video content is very good and you are uploading videos regularly. I noticed that your videos are good but your UA-cam channel is not getting subscribers and views organically. Its your UA-cam channel and not well optimized. I can help you grow your UA-cam channel if you want. I am waiting for your reply

    I go right to let me help them feel comfortable, I am an empath, I want loving, harmonious vibes even if it's not with someone I can co-regulate

      Love hearing this! And that's huge. Being able to create that space to be the observer of your experiences, without judgement is where I find we discover choice and new opportunities while also allowing more room for exploration to heal what's at the core of our patterns and anxiety. Thanks for listening and for doing your own explorations ✨

    How do you work with fear and resistance towards expressing your potential?

  • @kanaler5924
    @kanaler5924 2 роки тому

    This didn't really make much sense. If you have trauma there is something to fix and heal. I am regulating my nervoussystem, not just observing it and I will get better and not have the same patterns. Did I miss something?

    • @NicoleLohse
      @NicoleLohse 2 роки тому

      Thanks for sharing this. See if looking at it from this perspective helps :) Trauma is our system "stuck" still trying to survive. There's a part of us that still believes the "threat" is still occurring which kicks us into our survival patterns that feel they need to protect, manage or distract us. Often when we come at things with the intention to "fix" we end up in conflict with these parts that are still stuck believing something bad is happening. Instead, if we explore by getting curious about this survival loop that we're stuck in and the patterns that arise because of it. Through the awareness and curiosity, we get to support our system to move through the trauma we're stuck in into recognizing that "we survived and we're safe". Our body is wise, and the more we support it in what is, instead of coming in with an agenda and trying to "fix", it's pretty amazing how gracefully we can move into more regulation organically. Healing our trauma in this way supports us to come into more regulation. Other regulation practices are also great and supportive, and I find it's important that we also support things from this perspective! Hope that helps in making more sense of there being nothing to fix. :)

      @kanaler5924 2 роки тому

      @@NicoleLohse It makes sense to not be in conflict with the patterns, definitely does. But when being curious about what's there and supporting it I need to do something that helps to move through it, that is what I meant by regulating. Do you not do that?
