Weekly grocery haul!!
Sunday: homemade pizza with salad
Monday: sweet potato nachos
Tuesday: pasta bolognese with salad
Wednesday: bean and beef enchiladas
Thursday: TBD
Lunch: was going to be Asian chicken lettuce wraps (which I probably will still make) but then I saw a TT of pasta salad and now I need it
Breakfast: English muffin breakfast sandwiches with egg, avocado, and turkey bacon with Greek yogurt and berries

I was just telling my daughter about that peanut butter when we were at Costco on Saturday. I’m afraid to try it because my favorite of all time is Jiff Natural Creamy. Does the Costco one taste like Jiff??😂😂
IIRC the body doesnt generate carbohydrates from ketogenesis. The body utilises Ketone bodies instead in order to break down fatty acids.

Hi I have an issue that when I eat sweets or a new food I eat past satisfaction. Even if my body feels full I can't tell my body that there will be more for later or tommorow I seem to just overeat. How can I stop or control this?

Love grocery hauls & weekly meal ideas ❤ I'm trying to focus more on protein intake for my husband & I. He is type 2 diabetic & I've always been overweight & I'm now starting to have issues with inflammation & arthritis 😔 Trying to toe the line of eating healthy without breaking the bank & spending all my remaining energy on meal planning/prep is a struggle so I'm glad I found you to help me with ideas! 🥰
Finally picked up the Golden Farms mango pouches from Costco on your recommendation, and OMG they are so good. Highly recommend sticking them in the freezer and eating them once they’ve thawed a little bit. The texture is like a mango sorbet slushy!

It absolutely does inhibit the absorption of Polyphenols, this was well studied and documented. You just gave an opinion and gave nothing to back it up. You are wrong.

Or just pasteurize the eggs/dough, just as safe, still awesome for people with egg allergies though! PS: I'd reccomend a sous vide stick for almost anyone, especially if pregnant cause you can low temperature pasteurize basically everything, just have a second thermometer to check if your sous vide stick works properly and you're good to go. You can pasteurize starting as low as 52°C(53°C as a safety margin, 55°C if you don't fully trust your device) and use a temperature chart, then you can eat anything close to raw, not sushi or tartar but a rare steak or raw egg is no problem and 100% safe
Just make cookie dough and replace egg with applesauce, white flour for coconut (or almond) flour that doesn't need to be heated, and your set. They have recipes everywhere for edible cookie dough.
Greek yogurt + peanut butter. It has the cookie dough texture.
Bake the blooming dough into cookies!!
Pillsbury cookie dough is safe to eat raw! Just make sure it has the label on the packaging, but i know the holiday cookies and the chocolate chip cookies are safe

What an awfull sickness when is pregnancy. It is diffreent from boy to girl craves. The boy crave sour and bitter and the girl crave sweet . So I can guess you made a boy.
