Great video. How long did it take to assemble this shed?

Very easy to follow - well done to the presenter - Les. Very easy to listen to and inspires confidence.

Really bad instruction manual ....should have detailed instructions with photos ...

manual is not really user friendly

I have just started assembling the Guardian shed on a concrete floor. The instructions so far are helpful but do not mention that the side panels taper from back to front. While it makes sense that they would it would have been helpful to mention that. Am puzzled as to why the bottom plate is partly exposed. Would have thought it would be covered by the bottom of the sheet. Perhaps I will find out why as I progress. Agree with other comments about the clouts. They are not as forgiving as screws but cheaper I suppose. Helpful video thanks. 😊

Thanks for the informative video. If putting this on soil, would the base plate not naturally “sink” a bit into the soil thus rendering the sides of the shed to get even closer to the ground ?

does anyone have a set of instructions for this.? Would really appreciate it being scanned and sent to me. I approached duratuf but no one bothered to reply

Great to see a New Zealand company making a great product. I built one of these sheds recently. I'm not a tradesperson, but i still got by okay. Final product looks great. Very pleased. More power to you guys. Nice to see real people in your videos too, and the beers were a nice touch.

The instructions that come with the kit are different to this video, my front fascia is different to the one in this video for my Marlborough shed, as well as how to attach the side barges(video says 55mm tek screws and booklet says three evenly spaced rivets).Which is preferred method?

3hrs? That’s wishfully thinking, it took two of us 9 hrs, and that was working non stop. It was a 2.5 m square shed without a floor. Thanks to your video we under quoted big time. 😅🎉

The written instructions tell you to rivet the two panels in the centre first. The way this video shows makes more sense because then the panels can move together to make the frame fit tightly. Mine doesn't cause I followed the written instructions :(

Giday guys, I've bought a Duratuf sentry 3030, I also bought the timber flooring for it, but there are no instructions for the timber floor......?

It's a pity that the drawn instructions appear to show the opposite view to the video in at least the first few panels. It would be helpful if one followed the other. For example, the video has the top and bottom plate turned over. Also, a few more seconds on lining up edges and hinges etc, showing the whole panel face for reference would be helpful, particularly if they are opposite to the drawings.

I just bought one, not sure if I can assemble it. Looks complicated, lol

Lousy volume guys. The bangs at the beginning are about right but then the yabbering is too quiet to hear.

I have the same questions as Raman. Any downside to using screws? Also thinking that if I ever move house, having the shed put together with screws would make it a *bit* easier to break down

Could we not use screws instead of nails as with hammering the nails one is likely to dent the sheets? Thinking from a diy point of view. Cheers

Handy video but it does create a lot of confusion as Keith doesn’t appear to follow the instructions found in the kit i.e. door jamb installation. Would’ve been helpful if Keith did follow the instructions to a tee or there is a statement at the beginning saying which is best to follow
