Si tired to elevating French women to a pedestal. I’ve seen well dressed women in New York, London, as I have in Paris, as well as the opposite. Can’t stay the French women were such beacons as constantly described. Enough already of French worship. I do enjoy your videos but not this silly French worship.

Another thought provoking video! Yes, French women have great style and we can learn a thing or two from them wrt effortless style. I'm however with you on having a more polished make up look, especially now in my 60's where a wash of colour on the eyes, cheeks and lips goes a long way and putting a little more effort into hair care. If I was to only air dry my hair, I would look like a scare crow for sure!😂

More great tips. I got a great compliment at airport yesterday - a woman started speaking to me in French (not one of my languages). Her daughter translated - she thought I was French because of my chapeau! I was wearing white leather sneakers, black boot cut pants & a navy jersey blazer - very basic, I'd thought. But the felt hat with its brooch pin must've taken it up a notch. 😊

I’m not petite at 5’6”, but I now realize I have a long torso and short legs…I’m trying to update my look with new purchases and every “mistake” you outline here, I’ve been guilty of, thinking I can wear any style and that’s exactly why I was unhappy with my look….especially with cropped pants and loafers….both are styles I previously never wore.

Ladies most of this advice can be ignored . Wear what makes you happy. I just love the fashion victim look said nobody ever. Large jewellery, bold prints, skinny jeans … wear whatever the hell makes you feel good and never give a thought to what anyone else thinks ❤☺️xxx
