It would have been nice if you told us the listing prices.

I looked at a lot of photos with dirty or rusty air vents! It sends the wrong message about the house. Clean, replace, or paint them. It's cheap but noticeable.

How often do they use the Pickleball court. They ruined another park in Greenville, SC that I used to visit. All you hear is a ball being struck constantly. Players have taken over the whole park. Cannot even sit in the sun and relax without the noise.

A million dollars for that apt??? That’s ridiculous!! The apt has the most generic fixtures that anyone can get from Lowe’s - nothing special. Closets are ridiculously small for a $1M apt. There should be at least one huge walk in closet, and the bathrooms are also basic.

Hardwood floors! Always nice to see those. The bathrooms in both units are very sharp. Looks like a great place for young professionals.

Spartanburg has a rich history with NASCAR and there is a UA-cam video about it called The Town NASCAR Forgot. The Talledega Raceway was originally going to be built in Spartanburg and there is also a video about the Spartanburg- Talledega connection.

Has Greenville ever had any hurricanes before?I'm in Tampa,so we get hurricanes usually every year.

Thank you so much for making this video. Greenville and it's people have been in my thoughts and prayers. I tracked Hurricane Helene the entire time and was so shocked to see the pathway of destruction. I used to live on a coastal barrier island in Georgia and know too well the destruction and heartache that come with being in the pathway of hurricanes. Somehow I just never thought Greenville or Western North Carolina would ever be involved in hurricanes.Since I live in the Western part of the United States right now and have been planning a move to either GVL or coastal SC for the past year, I have had to put my move on hold to give time for the clean up and reconstruction. I have made numerous donations to both the GVL and NC areas and I appreciate you mentioning the Greenville Humane Society. I was aware of the Greenville Humane Society so one of my donations went to them. So happy to hear they have been able to help so many animals. That video coverage of Falls Park at the peak of the storm was unbelieveable. I hope all of the ducks and wildlife survived. I will be keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers throughout the coming weeks and months. Greenville sounds like an amazing community of great people who genuinely care about one another. Stay safe!

I love Falls Park and walked it daily while there in June. We enjoyed the Shoeless Joe Jackson museum tour as well. Even with this stupid freak hurricane effects, I’m thrilled to FINALLY be in South Carolina! Just need to find my house now!

Finally found time to watch this awesome video!! Does the bike tour always cover that much area? I saw parts of the city I missed while there! Can you share the name of your tour guide? I had no idea there was a speakeasy there! I must’ve walked past it daily while there in June! Folks, don’t be scared to order the Chilean Sea Bass at Coral; it’s delicious! Great video Reed! Our road infrastructure is terrible for a small midsized metro. South Carolina road structure as a whole. I'm glad its no Atlantis or Charlotte, especially Atlanta traffic. Some Greenvillans who been here most of their life like me fear the urban changes. She's trying to maintain its small city charm. I would not trade Greenville for othet cities I been to. Greenville is hospitable unlike some cities, the big cities,, I've been to.

I live in Broward county in Florida. My area is way to overdeveloped and unlivable anymore. I know a lot of people are worried about the future of the Greenville metro area, but you don't have to move to Greenville to enjoy it's attractions. The area has a lot of open space accommodate more people. Where I live now, the quality of life for me absolutely sucks. It's hot humid all year long and hurricane season. I love four seasons.

Love to visit brother lives their would love to have a small plot of land half hour away from down town fantasy maybe with statues of economy these days this tour sounds interesting if we don’t end up like Gilligans island

Hi Reed, now Im not looking for a house right now, but the information in your videos helps me decide if I’d like to relocate to Greenville.

I could (and probably will!) eat at Jones Oyster Co. twice a week. Oysters in Michigan are twice the price and not on most menus! Once you find us a home, we will take you there to celebrate!

I went to Lander too. Lived in Columbia most of my life but never visited Greenville. Took a spontaneous trip with a friend to Greenville and driving down Augusta into downtown sold me. I knew after graduation that’s where I wanted to be. Now I live downtown and run my business here helping other Greenville businesses succeed.

Just when my mind was made up to move to Raleigh, NC, I started hearing more about Greenville. Great interview Reed! Definitely will have to take a road trip to visit Greenville.

I just used Pro-Tech. I'm very happy with them. The report is long and detailed even for a house in very good condition. They nit-pick. That's a good thing. I know what I'm buying so I won't be disappointed when I find the little flaws they reported.

I know I shouldn’t rush time but October can’t get here soon enough because I’m just elated about moving there! I have never felt more safe in any downtown of a mid sized city than I did during my week there. Maybe it was luck but not once did I see an unsavory character or felt threatened. As far as the condition of the roads there, they are pristine to what we have in Michigan so it’s all relative depending on what you’re used to. It’s obvious Mr. Joyner is as big of a Greenville fan as you are Reed!

Well that was interesting! My takeaway: I want Wilson to inspect whatever house we are interested in. Snakes in the tub are a bonus because I like (non poisonous) snakes, and finally- going to consider converting a garage into a rental unit for leprechauns!

Converse is a university. Other trails include the Hub City Hopper, curb protected bike lanes through the downtown area; the River Birch trail, extended last year to the site of a former grist mill with a dam and waterfall 5 minutes from the downtown area; the Cottonwood Trail, the Drayton Mills Trail and the Three Creeks Trail. There are also has Hatcher Garden, Glendale Shoals and the Milliken Park and Arboretum , which at 600 acres is one of the largest corporate green spaces in the US. Non- motorized boating is soon going to be allowed on Duncan Park lake in the city and a dock was recently constructed for it. Duncan Park Stadium, where Spartanburg’s past baseball teams played is the oldest in the state. The NY Yankees once played an exhibition game there and players that have played there include Joe DiMaggio, Lou Gehrig, Hank Aaron, Jackie Robinson and Satchel Paige. In 1889, the first college football game in SC was played at what is now the fairgrounds in Spartanburg.

The Flounder sea food restaurant is the place to go .
