this is an incredible video about the super cd rom 2. I can't believe this doesn't have more views.

Great summary of this accessory with no fluff. I was about to order one but think I'll hold off now that I see it doesn't support very many titles I want to play.
Can this be modded for rgb?
Yes. Because this unit has the full I/O back pin panel and the unit passes audio and video back and forth, you have full access to the RGB pins in the I/O connector where the pc-engine plugs in. This is not to be confused with the I/O port under the console. RGB is in the I/O pins where the hucard unit mates with the Super CD unit.

Hi Emmett, The old video acct was deleted by accident and just recently, the original footage was found and brought back.
@@Chuck-RETROGAMECAVE Thanks! I just opened mine up with a couple metal spudgers to replace the battery. I think it cost me less than $7 complete in case around March (right after this video returned) so it seems prices have come down on these. :) Anyway, your video will let me write English instructions to tuck behind the manual, so thanks again!

Nice Video, I bought one unit just for the curiosity to have one and because it was cheap, but little dissapointing that only few games support this add on, im going to sell it. Regards
Nice review. Such an amazing console. Sadly mine was stolen. I imported a PC-Engine DUO-R with Dracula X back in 2004. Only the game survive with me ;)
