but with all seriousness, and jokes aside lol, that looks pretty good, idk ab the HIGH heat but with that aside pretty good lol whenever i make omelets they fall apart sometimes lol i would say (as a suggestion) possibly cooking it on medium or low heat (if u r and it just looks high then ignore that one) and have u tried bacon and sharp cheddar? thats one of my fav omelets to make lol
