I'm enjoying this, but the shuttle mini game is frustrating!

after checking youre youtube channel video i was worried you wouldnt post again seeing as youre last series was 3 months ago ....i waited to sub until now to make sure this channel was active and so far i love this play through , i just recently bought and completed this game twice , lol and was excited to watch other first time players since this game could have 4 endings ....i hope post the entire play through cuz i would love to see you,re choices !

I really appreciate this playthrough. You're starting at a basic level, learning as you go, which gives a more comprehensible look at this game. Everyone else is doing hardcore, max realism, which leaves a lot of unanswered questions for those of us who AREN'T highly skilled at submarine navigation, tactics, crew management and torpedo targeting calculations. So, thanks for doing this! -------- (One small criticism: you should mute your mic when coughing; also, try to balance your audio levels, so the effects aren't over-powering your commentary) Ok, so that's two criticisms...😎

you have to report the data to be registered in the TDC, it is the icon of the globe with the ellipsis points .... and wait until the green light turns on.

Silent hunter 3 with GWX mod is much better game but I don´t know how to get it in higer resolution. Uboat is too shallow (heh) of my taste and ships are bouncing around (problerms with gravity/water modelling - that is hard to make I know) and it has annoying features that are unhistoric or other way gives away immersion. I really hope they keep developing it and maybe they got some day in future silent hunter 3 level - it is copy of that game anyway. They have change to even get over that but I am not that optimistic but you never know.

Learn the basics of the game, TDC , AOB, etc... you are in a mess...

After the 1st torpedo, I'd increase target speed by 1 should hit then. Make sure the range is correct. On the 2nd ship you measured 3k m. While on the map it showed as 1nm so about 1850m you where off by about 1500m. If I was you I would use the drawing tools to set and check your values

I completed this task by: ship ID, distance, 90 on bow and allowed stop watch to complete one full rotation and then stop on 2 (wouldn't allow 0 or to type in speed) this gave me a 1km/h speed. Aimed more towards back end of destroyer, fired then swung around and fired at back end of corvette without changing settings. Sunk both and retrieved enigma. When back at port I was only awarded the corvette (which I didn't even ID) and didn't get awarded the destroyer that I DID. May do it over. Think an angle on bow of 70 might help too. Well it sorta worked. May do again after watching this vid. Used the very first sub on list.

The torpedoes were probably duds because they were not warmed up ahead of time. Unless something was changed in the full release, If you give the command to warm torpedoes a little bit before you attack 3/4 of the time they will not be duds. You did a great job at completing the mission by the way....that's what matters.

If we assume many ships to 32nd century has main bridge as senior officer and commanders transportation real-time control room, neighboring constellations such as Tau Ceti and Procyon system has largest galactic trade centers and space stations to Sol starfleets, they has more variant of ship types.

Thanks for showing this, OG! I have had VRider for about two months from when it was on Applab. It’s finally fully released and is so much fun, especially in multiplayer. Really a top game that always has me saying “just one more race!”

As far as what to do while you are traveling to destinations, the ship will need constant maintenance in every aspect from every role. Engineering will be down in the engine room most of the trip perhaps and ensuring that the engine is running, properly cooled, and fueled, as well as monitor when refueling will be required. The stewards will need to chat with various other characters and perform ship-wide duties. The scientists will be prepping for arrival and maybe scanning for any other interesting locations, all of which you can bounce back and forth to, accomplish them all, or none and just sit at the VIP table. I would imagine that various POIs would pop up here and there too. I believe you'll find coming across freetime to be a challenge🖖
