Pearl Jam tried to tell everyone 30 years ago about the evils of Ticketbastards. Refusing to play venues that used them, only letting their tickets be sold by other ticketing services, etc. Sadly, the fight was lost because basically no other musicians jumped on Pearl Jam's bandwagon. At this point, I don't have any hope for things to change. They would only change if the US Government took serious, punitive, regulatory actions against Ticketbastards, but TM can easily afford to just BUY politicians to look after their corporate interests, which is the American Way in the 21st century. 😒 The last live show I got to go to was Metallica back in 2017. I don't know when I'll have the free time and money to go to another. These days, I pretty much have to settle for official concert video footage that the bands post on UA-cam.
