I have a theory and that is sugar/carbs. That sugar/carbs gives us acne or at least more acne. What do you think about that? I've also heard about hormones. Some years ago I heard about "chocolate will give you acne" but now I believe it's not chocolate itself, it's the sugar in chocolate. I'm not sure if this is the real reason. But I believe in sugar/carbs and hormones. Another thing that I strongly believe is that if you use hair spray, it's very important to wash your face and hair before going to bed so you don't transfer the hair spray to the pillow and you will get that on your face and get things on your face that I believe it's not acne but something else. Skin care is very very important 🥰🥰
